Dental Sealants. Try as hard as they might, little hands can have a tough time adequately cleaning back teeth. That’s why there are dental sealants. This protective coating is a physical barrier between your child’s teeth and the bacteria that can lead to cavities in the pits and grooves of molars. What starts out as a plastic liquid hardens with the help of a special curing light. At each checkup, we’ll make sure your children’s sealants are intact, so they always have an added layer of protection against decay.
